IPAD SCREEN SHARE WITH WINDOWS LAPTOP

I am Vipul Arora, a teacher by profession.

Is there any way we can share the ipad screen with the windows Laptop (i dont want to buy a Macbook) so that I can write on notability in the ipad and share that screen with my laptop. I also wish that there is no lag as it is important that my teaching sound is in sync with my writing on the ipad.
