iPhone 7 Plus Trade-In Value

I bought a new iPhone 11 and sent in my iPhone 7 Plus as part of the Trade-In program. The estimated trade-in value was $140. I just received an email indicating Apple's updated trade-in value was $0. The phone worked perfectly except it had a cracked camera lens requiring replacement if the phone was refurbished for resale.

A $0 value seems harsh. I called Apple Support for a reconsideration but got an email a few days later indicating the value is still $0. Do I have any recourse?
