Is there a way that I can just remove this extension????
These "extensions" that are no longer compatible with my iMac.....can't I just remove them somehow?
iMac 21.5″ 4K, macOS 10.15

DO NOT remove them. Some are required by your current operating system. They are still compatible under macOS 10.15.
Did your read the Apple article linked in the warning dialog box?
