My iphone starting malfunctioning while i was on a ft call. I'm not able to open any apps but I can swipe through my home screens. I tried to restart it but it wont prompt the power off screen
What should I do? I need to order an uber soon.
I was able to turn it off. I quickly pressed volume up then volume down, then I held the power button until I was prompted.
