MacBook Pro 2019 13” i5 full screen constantly flickering

Hello,

My MacBook Pro 13” 2019 i5 started flickering last 8 hrs ago. It’s affecting the whole screen and I’m pretty sure I didn’t accidentally drop or press it. I was using it a lot for zoom meeting these days. Yesterday, I turned on the ‘Sleep mode’ (as usual) after my class and it was working so well. About 3hrs later, I opened it again for next class and started showing flickering all over the screen - like vertical stripes. But, I can still see and use the desktop - opening folders for example. Please help!!!
