The last update on notes. At the bottom of the note was a back and forward arrows. Clicking on the back arrow deleted my last entry or more entries and the forward arrow added them back in. I used this daily. Where did it go?

It sounds like you’re looking for the back and forward arrows in the Notes app, and we're happy to help. You should see the arrows in the keyboard on the left side after you update a note.

I should have said I’m using an iPad. I don’t have those on my iPad. Iv used notes for years and have accidentally deleted a position of a paper I was doing and I could always go to the arrows at the bottom. I did this 12 times knowing I could click on the back button at the end of the page and get it back. Same if I deleted in error. I could not use the forward one to bring it back.
can you help me? I’m in the middle of a paper that I erased 1/2 and can not get it back. Some of the references I’m not sure where I got them. I’m not a writer but I work on a lot of items in notes.
