tinnitus from Apple headphones

Hi,

There have been a few threads on AirPods and tinnitus but my experience is broader: All Apple headphones I have tried, the normal wired ones that come with iPhones and the first gen AirPods give me tinnitus after short use and even at low volumes. Other headphones, wired or not, do not have that effect. Fortunately, so far the tinnitus was never permanent. Does anyone else have this experience? What could make Apple headphones different from others?
