Can not work with the external monitor (dell p2319h)

Hello everyone,

I have got the external monitor issue.

The external monitor only displayed when the output of MacBook is 480p. It didn't play other resolutions.

Sometime, I got the message like this "The current input timing is not supported by the monitor display. Please change your input timing to 1920x1080@60hz or any other monitor listed timing as per the monitor specifications" when I tried to use the higher resolutions of external monitor.

I also tried to start windows OS in boot camp but the result was the same.

I tried to reset nvram, smc, reinstall macOS, start safe mode, updated EDID of the external monitor, change refresh rate of the external monitor (50hz, 60hz), turn off and on the external monitor but nothing changed.

My MacBook can work with the other external monitor.

The usb-c hub and HDMI cable still worked when connecting My MacBook with the other external monitor.

My external monitor can play with the another laptop.

Help me, please.

MacBook Pro 16″, macOS 10.15
