Regarding credit from Apple TV+ through January not in my balance?
Unfortunately there isn't anyone here who can do anything as this is a user forum. You will need to contact Apple and if the first responder is not aware then ask to escalate to a higher level rep.
What credit? Why do you think you would get credit? That is not how the Apple TV+ offer works.
If you are subscribed to Apple TV+ before November 1, 2020, you will get the respective amount of the subscription back from Apple starting on November 2020 until January 2021. The credit will be automatically applied to your Apple ID account at the end of each month of November, December and January 2021, provided you are still subscribed to the subscription with an active subscription.
This is an email i received from Apple on Oct 24. This information is also available on many publications online including many reputed newspapers and magazines. But Apple reps seem to be unaware of this. Spoke to a couple of very rude Apple reps who just hung up on me eventually. Is anybody else facing the same problem?
