Family Screen Time showing old devices that are no longer linked.

Everyone in my family has recently had an upgrade with the release of my iPhone 12 purchase. This meant my 2 daughters ended up with different phones.

Since this swap there screen time on my phone still shows their old devices as well as there newer devices.

I have checked on their devices and they only show the correct items in their cloud.

How can I remove these ghost devices from my account. Signing in an out of iCloud doesn't fix this nor does a restart.

Have you tried to cancel the screen time and re-institute?

Yes I did, but as this seems to be a longstanding issue I don't hold much hope on anything happening.

Yes. Tried that. They re-appear. The kids phones don’t even show the old phones, only my phone does in the screen time menu.

I did see this problem listed on here from a year ago but it was never resolved.

Why are their devices shown on your iCloud? Were they using the same Apple ID as yours? Don't they have their own Apple ID's?

They are not shown on my cloud, they appear in the Family screen time as their devices. Each child now shows 2 different phones when they only have one and there is no way to remove them.
