Hi, Grom.Cris,

Try importing into the QuickTimePlayer app using the New Movie Recording feature.

That should give you one long continuous clip. If, on the other hand, you import into iMovie, the import will be broken into a new clip at each scene break.

Hi Rich , I think I found where the problem is .

There is some little errors in the sound. Big Clicks or little mutes . Quick player and other programs don’t like it I think .

However , into Quick player , we can choose where vidéo come from and independently where the sound come from . So I choose Video from FireWire and Analogically sound .

It works well: Recording started and don’t stop for 10 mn now !

Thank you for your following .

Well , I tested and it’s just what I need. It could be perfect , good capture with max quality .

I made a mistake at the beginning, I’ve forgotten to select sound .

So , my 12go file was mute . At the second time , I try video and audio , and then , quick player stop after about 2 minutes . It’s awful. Being so near ... 😱😭

Text (in french) is "recording stopped, try again"

So I try recording « only audio » without starting camera. Everything is good , recording no sound started and don’t stop. Then after a few minutes I started the camera and immediately, recording stopped .

I think there’s a problem with the sound , and I don’t know why . Perhaps it’s the reason why iMovie make a lot af little sequences as well , when I tried to record with .

Anyway , thank you to get me search.

I think I will have to record audio in analogic and do a post production ... 🥴
