Why I have to pay for storage if I have to keep my pics in my phone if I delete they are also deleted from the cloud were the word storge applies. there is any way around it or the cloud is just mirroring my phone
iCloud storage works (and was designed) to keep your data in the cloud whilst also keeping that same data on your device albeit a smaller footprint.
