Why can't I click "manage storage" on my iphone? I'm trying to change my iCloud storage capacity, but when I click on "manage storage" under Icloud Drive settings, my phone has no response. It also does this when I click on "manage account storage" under iCloud in settings. I have tried restarting my phone but it's doing the same thing.

How do I access all ICloud storage? Hi I have an IPhone 6s and I’m simply trying to access ALL of my storage on my ICloud. When I sign into ICloud.com instead of displaying everything it doesn’t really show me anything at all. When I go into settings it just tells me I’ve used 4.9 GB of 5 GB. How do I access this storage? I can’t update to the IOS because i get a message “Not enough ICloud storage to update”. Thank you
