Dell E515dn and E515dw are both mentioned in About AirPrint - Apple Support as AirPrint printers.

See also sections 1 and 16 in the Dell article https://www.dell.com/support/article/SLN153756/en .

Make sure that AirPrint is enabled on the printer. Also, check that the printer has the latest firmware.

I assume that the printer is connected to a Wi-Fi router (infrastructure mode). Check that the router has the latest firmware, and that mDNS is enabled.

For printing from the iOS devices, see Use AirPrint to print from your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support .

Assuming everything else is set up correctly (printer has AirPrint compatibility, said feature is turned on, all devices are on the same network, etc.) I have found that if you want to use AirPrint, make sure your printer is already on and on the network before pulling up whatever document you are trying to print on your iPhone. I have found that if the printer is on before you start the process, it will work seamlessly. However, I have found that if I pull up a document in an email, then try to print it only to find my printer was off or asleep, turning on the printer at that point still doesn't work. I will quit the app and restart and then my phone finds the printer without issue.

An Android phone would use special software (perhaps something like https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.dell.documenthub).

An iPhone or iPad would normally use AirPrint, without the need for special apps (see my previous message).

If for some reason absolutely necessary, you may want to carry out tests with a separate app instead (such as https://apps.apple.com/us/app/dell-document-hub/id953739625).
