Face ID not working iPhone 11 Pro Max due to crack on the screen.

See if you have any Authorized Service Providers around, they can fix your hardware too.

Click "Service & Support" and find your device and the corresponding problem.

Then click "Schedule a Repair", fill out those information, and it should tell you where you can get service around you.

Take your iPhone to Apple or an Apple authorized service center for repair/replacement!

In the meantime, maybe you can access your phone by entering the passcode (instead of Face ID)!
