Carplay map voice not working?

I have a 2018 Kia Niro with Carplay and the Maps voice direction or Nav. voice on my car has stopped working last month? The audio level goes down ( Pause Spoken Audio) but no audio directions come through? This worked fine for 2 years and now doesn't. I have check the Nav & Guidance voice volume and its on (Loud Volume). I unplug the USB and the Iphone nav voice works just fine. I just yesterday updated to OS14.2 but that didn't help. was Carplay updated lately? Using an Iphone 6s plus.
