Apple Music is played for a second and stops

Good afternoon! I don't play music in the app. Family subscription is active! When you click on playback, the music is played for a second and stops. What should I do?

How to stop Apple Music from playing randomly after closing the App sometime the apple music start playing randomly even when i already close the app. How do i fix it for example when i play the game. I play the online mode in a game that force you to stay on that page or else you will lose connection. Even when the full top tab is unacceptable. So in mid round the apple music start randomly playing the song for a few seconds before it stop. Apple Music Well, I had just paid for my family subscription for Apple Music and I’ve noticed that whenever I’d try to play a song it’ll play but stop at 0:14 all the time. It will only play fully if I’m connected to WiFi, I can’t even play music offline. I’ve tried deleting all my music and restarting but I’ve gotten the same response, I’ve even deleted the app but it’s still the same. I don’t know what to do, this has happened to several of my family members who have downloaded songs just to have it stop at 0:14, sometimes if they’re lucky it’ll stop at 0:44 seconds. Other times the song will play all the way but just start randomly pausing in the middle and it’s just annoying now. I don’t know what to do at this point.

Thanks for visiting the Apple Support Communities! It seems you're unable to play music with your Apple Music subscription on your iOS device.

Restart your device, and ensure your device is updated:

Additionally, check the System Status page to see if there's any issues affecting Apple Music: System Status - Apple

If the issue persists, sign out of the iTunes & App Store on your device, sign back in and then test the behavior. Keep in mind, taking this step will remove music downloaded for offline listening. Tap Settings > [your name] > Media & Purchases > Sign Out.
