Screen problems

So I just got my laptop replaced no less then a few weeks ago, and I loaded up minecraft to play like I always do, nothing new or different to the usual and the screen just glitches and is frozen on this screen and the keyboard doesn’t work anymore so idk what’s going on, could someone let me know what the problem is and what to do? FYI the laptop is brand new like no scrapes hasn’t been dropped or water or anything.
