This is kind of hard to explain but basically, I left my laptop to do something for about an hour and a half and when i came back and opened my laptop my screen and touch pad was all frozen, I couldnt click or swipe and when i tried restarting my laptop it isn't working. Can someone help
MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 13.2
Press and hold the power button until the screen goes totally black ... about 10 seconds. Then wait a minute or so and restart. If the Mac starts and runs normally you may be fine. If it has further problems, post that here.
But you have to post details, not just general statements ... full exact error messages, year of your Mac, the OS version, any cleaner, AV, fixer or optimizer apps and etc.
