Outlook account keeps logging out

I’m finding this exact same issue even now and I read an article this afternoon which said that Microsoft believed they had fixed the issue, but it hasn’t worked for me. It’s getting very annoying!

True... However if Apple actually cares, they should listen and DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT.

Edit: I have repeated this process on my iPad and it prompted the Authentificator app on my iphone to respond. I did not have to manually enter any codes.

I had the exact same (very annoying) problem with the same iPhone 7 Plus. Logging in all the time. I fixed it with a Android phone!

Apple are pushing me closer, but as a musician I’m not sure I want to go back to that just yet..

I wouldn't say it's just Microsoft's fault. Since I log out of the mail about every other day on the iPad and iPhone, but not on macOS in the Mail application.

100% NOT a MS issue - Android fine, desktop fine, Exchange and Outlook desktop fine. iPhones, not fine.

Same problem here but I am iPhone and my husband is android

I have this issue as well have Iphone 12 Max Pro running 14.2, every couple of days now having to resign in. This was also happening on my XS.

I though that Mircosoft stated that the issue had been fixed but have to relog in today so don't think so. Very Frustrating

Apple will not respond here. If you read the Terms of Use when you registered, you would see this is a user to user support forum and Apple does not participate here. If you wish to speak to Apple Support, you will need to contact them directly.

I’ve had the same issue for roughly 2 weeks. Deleting and setting up again doesn’t help either. Contacted apple and was told to back up and upgrade the software since I was using 14.1...but that’s not helped either so been told to contact outlook 😒 it’s annoying having to re-enter password daily...

apple are getting worse every year and EVERY update!

get this fixed and STOP blaming other people!

apple phones = cant manage emails! cant control where text go to between watch and phone! cant stop errors on random muting!

Glad it’s not just me. It’s driving me nuts particularity as I use two-factor authentication. Only been a problem with the iOS Mail App since upgrading to iOS 14. No doubt Apple will blame Microsoft and Microsoft will blame Apple...

Same here and only started happening after 14.1 / 14.2
