Refund not showing up

So I accidentally subscribed for Facetune premium or something and it billed me 38 dollars, so I requested a refund and the request was met and they told me it was refunded. The problem is I don’t see that it refunded in my bank account. I can show a picture if needed, and this was three days ago. No pending payments are showing up either. The last change to my account was the withdrawal of 38 dollars. Help!!
