Can I replace my iPhone for a new one with Apple Care?
I have AppleCare insurance, and was wondering, if I can replace my phone for a new one?
The one, I currently have is broken.

This is my first incident, where can I take it to get repaired or replaced.

Sorry to hear about your phone. Assuming that you have not had more than two accident damage claims within the past twelve months then your phone will be repaired or replaced. Also, if the damage is deemed 'cosmetic' then it may not be covered, such as scratches or minor physical damage.
Click on the Contact Support link at the top right of this page to start the service process and make an appointment. If you purchased AppleCare + and this is accidental damage you will have to pay your deductible. If you have the standard one year warranty you will have to pay for an out-of-warranty replacement.
Thank you. I have the repair issue resolved, but what does it mean when it is says, Diagnosis of IPhone in Progress..
My phone got to the Apple Store in Cali, on Monday the 16th; I am just wondering when will they return the phone after its been there for a couple days.
What device?
Do you have AppleCare Plus?
Hi,
I have made an appointment for my device (IPHONE11)
I've had AppleCare for quite some time now, but I don't think its the plus one.
Thank you
You can check by going to here -> https://checkcoverage.apple.com
An Apple Retail Store, an Apple Authorized Reseller, or AppleCare (online) can facilitate the repair under the AppleCare+ protection plan.
