i am making an album on shutterfly and all of a sudden, I notice that my pictures are not jpeg, they are heic. I don't know why this has changed and i can't import any pictures for my album with heic. Help!!!

How do I convert an HEIC picture to a jpeg?

Hi


Select the photos you want for your album in the all photos view.


Go to the file menu and select export xxx photos

Choose your format (jpg) size and quality (Should be max quality and full size)


Click export


Choose where you want to put them. I usually make a temporary folder on the desktop for this situation.


You can then upload them to shutterfly from that folder.
