Sharingd is running on my Activity Monitor constantly and one several apps are open multiple times. I disabled wifi and created a password on att router but it didn't help. PC doesn't show startup apps and mac (Catalina) is slower and slower. Is there anything I can do?

The sharingd process is a normal part of your macOS software. To double-check, are you seeing that it's using a significant amount of resources in Activity Monitor? The % CPU column is the best way to check: See how apps affect Mac performance, battery runtime, temperature and fan activity

System Preferences > Sharing ...
to see if File Sharing or Screen Sharing is enabled.
