Anyone else having issues with scratches on the screen of the new iPhone 12/12 Pro? I have done nothing unusual with my phone but now have a scratch. I had my iPhone X for three years and didn't have a single scratch from similar use.

I ve had my iPhone 12 mini for 6 days now and the screen is scratched already.......worse than my 4 year old iPhone 7.
Really not happy with this at all.
I don't like spending over £900 on products when they fail so easily.

I just purchased the iPhone 12s pro and the screen is clearly an inferior product compared to previous screens. While I was waiting for my screen protector to come in it already has multiple scratches on the screen from 3 separate occasions. It has had a case on it the entire time. The phone has not been dropped and has been well taken care of. I have not used it any differently than my previous 2 iPhones...and have never had issues with scratches. My husband has an iPhone 11 and has never used a screen protector and has one tiny scratch on it. I went in to the Apple store today and was told that this was “normal wear and tear” even though my phone is only a few weeks old. I regret purchasing this phone.
