Sorry it took so long. I appreciate your effort however I do t think I was as clear as I needed to be.

when using my onboard UConnect system my voice is completely garbled to the listener, however, I can hear

his voice just fine.

when we paired it with another phone it worked perfectly both ways. To be sure we paired it with even another old flip phone and it even worked

so it’s not the truck or the blue

tooth UConnect, it’s my Apple 11pro somehow.

we tried everything you mentioned and

more with the same results. I guess its

off

to the Apple

Store!!!

Hi there, LindaJCoyote. Thank you for posting your question to the Apple Support Communities. We understand your situation and how your iPhone’s Bluetooth audio does not sound perfect when you are on a phone call. This is certainly something we can help with.

To start, we would suggest checking your car audio system for any firmware updates. Please consult your car’s user manual for information on how to update your system.

We also suggest pairing your iPhone with your car’s Bluetooth system again. On your iPhone, go to Settings > Bluetooth and tap the "i" icon next to your car audio system. Then tap Forget This Device before pairing your iPhone and audio system again.

We would also suggest reviewing the following information to find out how to reduce wireless interference. Interference can cause Bluetooth audio to skip, stutter, cut off, or have static or buzzing sounds.

We hope this information helps you.

Cheers!
