Apple Intelligence is now available on iPhone, iPad, and Mac!
A few days ago I noticed the colors on my phone screen are slightly duller/more green than usual. It looks like this with the apps on my home screen, my camera roll, everything. You can notice a big difference when comparing to other iPhones with brightness all the way up. I have an iPhone SE. I’m a photographer so I need to get this fixed asap

We recommend to see if you, "True Tone" turned on in Settings > Display & Brightness. If it's on, you can turn it off and see if that makes a difference.
