Vulgar app ads in my newsfeed

I have started to see vulgar app ads in my newsfeed and in other Apple-based sources. On my phone and my child’s. It is disgusting. There is no way shape or form that these at regenerated on my ” recent search and interests”. As a female they borderline on harassment. I have screenshots. This needs to be addressed immediately. And the solution here is it be turning off your ads. The problem is what content somehow you are pushing.

Hello there, WHKMom!

Thanks for reaching out to the Apple Support Communities! It sounds like you're concerned about the ads you're seeing on your devices. We suggest checking out this article to Opt out of interest-based ads in the App Store and Apple News. This will allow you to limit the ads you are seeing.

We also suggest checking out this article to Control how Apple delivers advertising to you on iPhone:

"Review the information Apple uses to deliver ads

Go to Settings  > Privacy > Apple Advertising > View Ad Targeting Information.

The information is used by Apple to deliver more relevant ads in the App Store, Apple News, and Stocks. Your personal data isn’t provided to other parties.

Turn personalized ads on or off

Go to Settings  > Privacy > Apple Advertising, then turn Personalized Ads on or off.

Note: Turning off personalized ads limits Apple’s ability to deliver relevant ads to you. It may not reduce the number of ads you receive."

Have a wonderful day!
