Iphone XR violated

I noticed that for about three weeks in my Iphone XR a strange stuff has been happening: the color of the screen changes and becomes tending to blue, then it goes away by relocking the device. I would also add that if I try to take a screenshot the screen appears in normal colors. Is it due to some settings, update or maybe it has been violated?

Hey there users01,

We'd like to help with getting the screen looking right. While you may need to contact Apple Support about this, let's start ruling out some possible causes:

  1. Is Night Shift currently enabled or disabled? If it's enabled, please disable it and test for the same issue. Here's a resource that'll help with this: Use Night Shift on your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch
  2. Some display settings could affect how your screen looks. Let us know if any of these options are enabled: Use display and text size preferences on your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch
  3. Please confirm if True Tone is enabled under Settings > Display & Brightness.
  4. Does adjusting the brightness have any affect on the blue tint you're seeing? Just in case, here's how to adjust it: Adjust the brightness on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

We eagerly await your response regarding these four details. Take care until then!
