Payment problem
I can’t update or put a new payment in my phone. Anyone have any ideas?
Do you mean if you go to
Settings>Your name>Payment & Shipping>Add payment method
that you are unable to enter new card information?
I couldn’t update my card with the replacement number so I added it as a payment method and then deleted the old one. Is this what you meant?
