unable to log into TSB Business banking, server issue?

I can't even access my personal account let alone my business one WHY?

I don't know if the problem is with Safari or not. Can you get access using another browser? If it is Safari, sometimes the problem resolves with an update of Safari. However, since Safari is part of the operating system is is normally not able to be updated individually, only as part of a system update. Even then, it may not work. This is because web developers write their software to work with specific browsers and for some reason, Safari is often not on their list. There is nothing Apple can do about this.

This is not an unusual complaint. Web site engineers write their software to work with specific browsers. For some reason, they often choose to not be compliant with Safari. This is not an Apple problem as Apple has no control over the millions of web sites on the internet. You can hope that your web site's developers eventually update their site to work with Safari, or you can continue to use another browser that does work. If you are interested to do so, you could ask the wen site provider why one of the most used browsers does not work.

The same for me.

It is now the 12 January 2021 and I am using a Mackbook Pro Late 2013 and using macOS Big Sur. It happens on both Safari and Chrome with me.

I can use the website without any problems using Safari on my iPad Pro 12.9 2020 though, which is really weird!!

Could it be that macOS Big Sur is the problem here, and if so will Apple fix this soon!?!

It would be good if Apple could please respond and fix this issue!!!!

found a work around

open the tsb business website on your ipad and airdrop the page back over to your laptop it takes you to the business log in but it seems to work fine after that

once your in save it to favourites and it works from there

I have this issue too on a MacBook pro which i have just upgraded to Big Sur, the site works fine in Chrome

Did anyone get a fix for this problem? I'm still not able to access business banking at TSB through Safari. Works in Chrome.
