Iphone 7 Safari app virus
I get a virus warning and can't go anywhere else on the safari app, can close it, but opens back to the same virus page with a setting app icon in the upper right of the message.

Well... first step, don't click on the phishing website and definitely don't call the number if there is one.
Close off Safari, then follow this link to stop it from popping up upon startup again >> Clear the history and cookies from Safari on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support
Rule of Thumb when browsing - Don't click on links that you don't know.
