Double billing

According to my credit card company, I have a pending charge of .99 on 11/2/20 and another .99 charge that was put thru on 11/5/20 for 50 go storage. According to your records the charge for .99 was put thru on 11/2. Why was I charged twice?

Duplicate charges I noticed a duplicate charge in my account for a movie I purchased. It is obviously the same charge. How would I resolve removing the pending charge? Who do i contact about billing?

About a charge Hello I was charged on March 20th 2022 for $32.82 thru apple billing.. the only items I have been getting charge for was Apple Music and iCloud storage.. Then when I was calling The number to see what I was being charged for it kept giving me a recording.. Then I was charged again for Apple Music on yesterday.. I’m trying to see why I’m getting charger for all these different payments

This is a user-to-user forum, we can’t answer any questions like that. Do you perhaps have 2 Apple IDs (other family members?) that also have 50 GB storage.

On your credit card account are they both charges, or is one shown as “pending”?
