Apple store charged me twice

Hello all,I have some problems, I bought some products in the official apple store a few days ago. on that day, I saw that money had been deducted from my bank account, but yesterday I received an email remind me the products has been shipped, and apple store charge me again, they deducted money from my bank account again, how can I get my money back?

The first instance was a test charge to make sure your account was active and should not have been reflected in reducing your balance. The second charge when it shipped was the real charge. Wait 48 hours and check your account again.
