My Apple ID is saying it’s unlivable

My iPhone XR logged me out and I wouldn’t let me back it saying my Apple ID is not working and to be able to go in I have to use a Mac or my old phone number which is expired and I’m getting a new one then we tried the recovery for 13 days and still won’t work please help me get back into my game.
