Cannot parse response

I am getting the cannot parse response after I sign into my job’s website and then try to click on any link to be redirected cannot parse response comes up. So it let’s me sign in but, after that I cannot do anything else due to the parse response. I have no problem on my laptop which is Microsoft. I also tried downloading the Firefox app to my phone to use that as internet but it tells me the same thing. What do I do; there are times I need to be able to access the website through my phone?
