This all started when I went to download an app, my Face ID didn’t work, so I had to change my password on the Apple website, now when I go to the App Store, it wants me to manually type my password, no face ID
Especially love the "requires to updated account" and "service to maintenance your privacy" and "update the account before 20 hours." If this could be tracked, it would most likely lead to some evil call center in India. I work with a lot of good people from India and this is very representative of the English many have been taught.
That is unrelated to the message you posted. Did you click on the “Verification Account” button in that message? If you did click on it and enter your Apple ID and password your identity has been stolen.
If you did not click on that button and enter anything how were you informed that your Apple ID password should be changed?
In addition to what sberman has said, Apple will never address you as Customer. They know your name.
Thank you
In addition to what ChrisJ said, Apple messages never contain bad grammar. That looks like a Google translation from Russian.
