Blocked Contact

I previously blocked a contact for a short period of time, then ending up unblocking the contact shortly after. I call call them, I just can’t facetime them. Why won’t facetiming work?

Check to ensure that the contact is removed from the Blocked list in FaceTime as well.

Are they able to FaceTime you? You can try resetting your network settings, however understand that will remove your wi-fi passwords as well. Go to Settings>General>Reset>Reset Network Settings.

The phone number is not on the blocked list in FaceTime.
