If you already deleted the user account, then you cannot recover anything.

Deleted how?
Was the user deleted from the system you are migrating from? When you deleted the user, you were asked what to do with the user’s home folder. If you deleted it, that’s gone. If you chose to leave it be, maybe it can be recovered. Please clarify.
Used migration assistant to transfer photos from another mac. Both have same username. didn’t create new username. Folder is there on the Mac as deleted user. Don’t know how to restore now.
