Screen Time Passcode WONT Reset and It WONT Let Me Erase My iPhone.

I have an IPhone 8 and when the screen time came out, I put it onto my phone for myself. I made the screen time passcode and put it onto my moms phone in her notes. That was that. Then my mom traded in her phone for a newer phone. So now I didn’t and still don’t know my screen time passcode. I’ve been trying for so long to find out how to take off/reset the screen time passcode. Nothing worked. I was too scared to reset my phone. Then I forgot about it, but it came back up again every time I ran out of time for my apps. Now it’s annoying. Then I found out that Apple released the “Forgot Screen Time Passcode”. So I tried it, thankful and relieved that they finally came out with this. I entered my password for my iPhone and then got to the question that said, “Enter the Apple ID you used to set up the screen time passcode”. So I entered my usual Apple ID that I used to set up the screen time. It then led me to the next page where it let me change my screen time passcode. So I did, I entered it and then entered it again. I was so happy and thankful. After that, I went and pushed, “turn off screen time passcode”. I entered my new screen time passcode, and it said “Incorrect passcode”. I did this again and again, now it won’t even let me sign into my Apple ID where it says, “Enter the Apple ID you used to set up screen time.” I’ve done this so many times now, to the point where it won’t even let me erase my iPhone or log out of my Apple ID. I have no idea what I did wrong. I’m so frustrated and aggravated by this. Please help!!
