i have iphone 11 pro max wondering why my phone wont let me access anything any apps or messages nothing and this all happened random never dropped this phone or had any issues

how to restart my iphone 11 pro max without holding the buttons my phone its not letting my access the general settings

Force Restart the phone. See this, If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch won't turn on or is frozen - Apple Support
