Apple Watch SE - Sleep Section Missing
My fiancé is having trouble with the “Sleep” app on her recently purchased
Apple Watch SE.
She is using it with an iPhone X both are on the most recent software releases.
In the iOS Watch app there is no “Sleep” app shown in the list at all. I know there should be one because I too have an Apple Watch and I see it with my own.
The “Sleep” app is also missing from the watch itself. Searched the App Store on both devices and it doesn’t appear as an option.
Additionally, within the iOS Health app the sleep section shows data from her phone but not the watch. Under Devices and Sources it does not list the Watch and there’s no option to add it. The watch does appear in other sections and is shown within her main “profile” on the health app. It’s paired with her phone because her hear rate and workout data is still syncing.
We reset both devices to no avail. Thought maybe disabling sleep tracking and then re-enabling would help but there doesn’t appear to be an option for that.
Any suggestions on why this might be missing?
