Outlook on iPhone keeps requesting password

Does anyone know why this might be and what I can do about it? It’s happening every time I go to look at the iPhone.

When did you first notice this? Have you made changes to your iPhone recently? Is this a work email account provided by your employer or a personal email account? Please go to Settings > General > Date & Time. Does the date and time appear correct for your region?


Apple has recently released an iOS update. Please use the steps here to back up and update your iPhone: Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support
