Merc C180 COMMAND Controller Button non responsive with iOS14.2 and CarPlay

With assistive touch on, the command OK button is mapping to pointer control button. So you have to disable it, or wait until IOS engineer find this bug.

Actually I found out how to fix it. Disable assistive touch and that should fix the issue

I also have the same issue. I factory reset my phone and it started to work again but after i restored it from a previous phone it stopped working again. Let me know if you find out how to fix this issue since this is pretty annoying

Mercedes didn't know, i up graded to early and have been driving the merc around for a month with the problem. i can live with out Asst Touch but i can't be on a highway and looking at my phone ... ty

I have the same problem on my MB GLS450. since the new update 14.2.1, when connected to CarPlay on my MB GLS450 the command wheel okay button is not working. I cannot change the app nor select options when pressing the wheel for OK. The wheel works perfectly when CarPlay is not engaged an for non-CarPlay MB apps when CarPlay is on. I can change the application on my iPhone but that defeats “hands-free”.

I will try that but that is not a good solution— love assistive touch, Apple needs to fix this.
