Purchase date not validated

I just wanted to know how to validate the purchase date of my macbook pro. I already activated my mac since yesterday, but when I check the warranty using the serial number it always says it is not validated and I already tried to follow the steps provides but it ends up with we are unable to validate your purchase date this time etc. Thank you for your answers in advance.
