No one knows yet. The new Macs won't ship until next week and will be running macOS 11 Big Sur. Until then you might visit the customer support site of that game and ask the question there. The new Macs will run most Intel based apps IF they followed Apple’s programming guide lines and didn’t do something weird with their code.

IF LOL is universal binary it will run natively on both Apple silicon and Intel-based Mac computers—
that you can ask the developer .
Or wait an see, otherwise it would have to run through Virtualization software/Rosette2
Hey, sadly there are a lot of problems with LOL at the moment with Big Sur, so right now its is not working, it is unable to select a champ while playing online. The video just showed us a private party so thats why it worked. But atm you can pretty much forget playing LOL with the Big Sur upgrade.
