I purchased this just a few hours ago but would like to know if it would be possible to get a refund. I don’t need it and was purchased on a whim.

I apologize. I thought i forwarded an email I received from the app Lightleap by Lightricks. First time I've had to contact apple, so I truly apolgize for my error, and your trouble.

Thanks for reaching out, happy to help. If you're using an Android device, please send us a copy of the Google receipt that Google Play sent to your email inbox. If you cannot locate this email, please follow these steps:

1. Head to Google Pay > tap Menu (the three line icon in the top left corner).
2. Tap Activity > tap the relevant purchase. The order number can be found at the bottom of this screen, under Transaction ID > please take a screenshot and send it to us.

Once we receive this information, we can look into whether your purchase is eligible for a refund.

If you're using an iOS device, please reach out to Apple Support as all issues dealing with payments and refunds are dealt with directly by them, we have no access to your payment information. In addition, we have included here a helpful article with tips on ways to request and get a refund from Apple.
