Iphone Backup Extractor?

Does anyone know if the app Iphone Backup Extractor is safe to use? The company its under is Reincubate and the website looks legitamate but still want to be safe before downloading anything.

I am trying to recover some notes I accidentally deleted.

iPhone backup Is there an way to see what is in an old iPhone backup that's stored on my hard drive? I can see the presence of it when I go to manage storage on my hard drive, but I am having trouble finding the contents of the backup. I suppose it gets disbursed across multiple locations, but wondering if there's a way to see it all in one place. Thanks.

Older backup recovery I unfortunately had to factory reset my phone to regain function to the crashes phone. I’ve done this a few times in the past with no issue; this time was not one of those times. After signing into my AppleID I no longer had my “backup” folder from that night (around 12G from 8:43PM) on my iCloud storage. Instead there was a new “backup” folder (around 112mb from 7:32AM) from that next morning. I never have had this happened and I had a substantial amount of information that was saved on the notes in that backup? Is anyone a miracle worker out there? I otherwise lose all access to some priceless content….
