Older backup recovery

I unfortunately had to factory reset my phone to regain function to the crashes phone. I’ve done this a few times in the past with no issue; this time was not one of those times. After signing into my AppleID I no longer had my “backup” folder from that night (around 12G from 8:43PM) on my iCloud storage. Instead there was a new “backup” folder (around 112mb from 7:32AM) from that next morning. I never have had this happened and I had a substantial amount of information that was saved on the notes in that backup? Is anyone a miracle worker out there? I otherwise lose all access to some priceless content….
