I AM UNABLE TO ACTIVATE MY IPHONE 6

I HAVE A IPHONE 6 I WAS HAVING SOME STORAGE ISSUE I UPDATED AND RESORTED IT THROUGH ITUNES BUT WHILE RESTORING IT IS SHOWING ACTIVATION LOCK AND WHEN I AM ENTERED MY APPLE ID AND PASSWORD IT IS NOT ACCEPTING THE SAME AND UNABLE TO ACTIVATE MY PHONE WHEREAS MY APPLE ID IS ACTIVE

PLEASE ADVISE HOW I CAN RESOTRE MY PHONE
