I HAVE A IPHONE 6 I WAS HAVING SOME STORAGE ISSUE I UPDATED AND RESORTED IT THROUGH ITUNES BUT WHILE RESTORING IT IS SHOWING ACTIVATION LOCK AND WHEN I AM ENTERED MY APPLE ID AND PASSWORD IT IS NOT ACCEPTING THE SAME AND UNABLE TO ACTIVATE MY PHONE WHEREAS MY APPLE ID IS ACTIVE

Sounds like it may be signed into a different Apple ID, then. you'll want to call/chat Apple directly with your proof of purchase now.
Are you entering in an email that matches the hint the Activation Lock screen shows? Can you sign into www.appleid.apple.com without the same error appearing?
Sounds like you bought a device from a friend or on a street corner.
Recycle it. You will never get passed that screen.
And your key cap button is busted, too.

but it is not taking the same id on the activation lock screen
